Ezdrummer 2 Sound Library Wont Install On Mac Pro
Hello everyone, I'm new to all this stuff so please feel free to talk down to me..I won't be offended.
I've searched and searched, this site and others, and emailed Ezdrummer many times with no reply or stock replies.
Third party midi drum loops:
When I access them through the Acid Explorer window (while having EZdrummer open via soft synth) I can't audition/preview the loops within the Acid explorer window. When I try it just plays the midi piano notes. I have to drag a loop up to a track in Acid in order to trigger the drum sounds through Ezdrummer.
I think I have to add these third part midi loops to my 'User MIDI library' in Ezdrummer in order to preview them first, but I don't know how! The manual says :
'The process is very straightforward: selecting the ‘User MIDI folder’ from the Help Menu will automatically open the relevant folder on your Desktop. Simply place your MIDI files in that location, and organize them in subfolders labelled as you see fit.'
When I do this everything on my desk top appears including my midi files but I can't drag and drop them into EZdrummers 'user midi folder' and can't find any way to get them there.
Would very much appreciate some help.
Thanks!!
